About the Role As the Senior Performance and Quality Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving service improvement and excellence within Adult Social Care. This is a dynamic and challenging role for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering impactful results. In this role, you will: Lead and manage the performance information and data function for Adult Social Care, ensuring that services continuously improve outcomes for residents. Develop and implement robust performance management and assurance arrangements, providing high-quality insights and reports to senior managers and elected members. Oversee service improvement projects and coordinate the development of integrated quality assurance programs. Provide expert strategic advice on performance, fostering a culture of proactive improvement and collaboration across the division and with partner organisations. Manage data governance systems and ensure data quality assurance across Adult Social Care. Inspire and lead a dedicated team, ensuring their development aligns with organisational goals.
