If yes, we have the perfect role for you! Our Adult Social Care Service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Performance & Quality Assurance Manager to join our team and help make a lasting difference. About The Role
This is a key role where you will lead and shape the performance and quality assurance function across Southwark’s Adult Social Care division. You Will
- Lead service improvement projects and manage divisional performance reporting.
- Provide expert strategic advice on performance to senior managers and external partners.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance and audit programmes to ensure measurable service improvement.
- Oversee information governance systems and ensure the accuracy and integrity of performance data.
- Manage a small team and play a central role in supporting project delivery across the division.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone ambitious, analytical, and highly motivated, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and lead key strategic initiatives. About You
You will be an experienced leader and performance specialist with:
- Proven success in a similar role within social care or public services.
- Excellent understanding of performance frameworks, data analytics, and quality assurance methods.
- The ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and consultancy skills.
- A proactive approach to driving continuous improvement across teams and services.
- Experience working with sophisticated data tools (e.g. Power BI) and managing statutory returns.
