The Role
As a key member of the Resourcing Team, you will play an integral role in delivering end-to-end recruitment and resourcing projects. Your work will support the attraction, engagement, and onboarding of top talent, contributing directly to our organisation’s success. You’ll assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of a variety of initiatives, including recruitment campaigns, employer branding, social media engagement, onboarding enhancements, and contract management.
This role offers the opportunity to develop project management skills through a blend of structured learning and practical experience. You\'ll help drive continuous improvement across recruitment operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate journey from application through to onboarding, while maintaining high standards of compliance and administrative excellence.
