You will be supporting all aspects of programme delivery from initiation to evaluation, including establishing appropriate governance structures, enabling effective decision making and working closely with stakeholders.

You will also support Fleet Services in delivery of distinct task and finish projects in keeping with the fleet replacement and transformation programmes.

Knowledge, including educational qualifications:

  • The post holder should be qualified to degree level or equivalent, this may include consideration of relevant work experience.
  • An understanding of project management methods, processes, reporting tools, and techniques.
  • Demonstrate evidence of continued professional and personal development, within a relevant discipline.

Experience:

  • Experience in supporting the delivery of a project(s) lifecycle, including documentation management (e.g. PID, RAID, highlight report etc.).
  • Competent at organising and carrying out project work and mainstream duties around objectives and deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of tools and techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling projects.
  • Competent use and application of Microsoft Office tools, including but not limited to SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Analysing data, insight, and evidence to understand a problem before recommending a course of action.
  • Experience in building strong and sustaining relationships with stakeholders.
