Why Southwark? Please note that this job role is a job share for 21 hours per week. Work days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This is your chance to join the Disabled Travel Team and be a member of a small team, where your main role will be to manage a caseload of Blue Badge and Freedom Pass applications effectively against a set criteria, whilst providing excellent customer services. This will include screening applications from the initial stages, to ordering badges and passes on different computer systems. You will be supporting highly vulnerable residents over the phone and via email, which includes advising that they are not eligible for a badge or pass. Training will be provided. If you are successful, you will be joining a supportive team with a hands on approach, where we thrive to be the best that we can be as individuals and as a team. This is a very paced service.
