As a Scheduler within Pest Control Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of pest control operations across the borough. Working in a busy office environment, you will be responsible for arranging appointments, scheduling programmed works, managing customer enquiries, and providing administrative support to frontline operatives. You will help ensure services are delivered efficiently, meeting legislative requirements, council policies, and customer expectations for both residential and commercial clients.
