This pivotal role reaches across the entire organisation, supporting officers and members in their work to improve the lives of our communities. As the Council’s Monitoring Officer, you will champion strong governance and integrity, ensuring the highest standards of conduct and legal compliance.

Our new director will play a lead role shaping and delivering the changes needed to modernise our constitution. As a Deputy Returning Officer, you will also oversee a highly regarded elections team within a respected legal service.
