As an Applications Analyst, you will support and enhance key regulatory systems, ensuring they are reliable, efficient, and fit for purpose. You’ll collaborate with colleagues to deliver high‑quality services, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement continuous improvements. The role also includes maintaining system documentation, sharing knowledge across the team, and providing cross‑coverage to ensure service continuity. You will work with data, using SQL to analyse, manipulate, and report on system information.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, and passionate about delivering excellent service. You should bring:
- Strong experience supporting and managing corporate applications
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience working with data, including writing and using SQL queries
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support and cover for colleagues
- Experience with Regulatory Services IT applications such as Civica APP and CX
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- A commitment to continuous improvement and service enhancement
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in IT, systems support, or a related field
Degree qualified or equivalent. Hours of work, 36 hours per week Monday - Friday. This post will be offered as a fixed‑term contract / secondment for 1 year.
