What You’ll Be Doing
- Working as part of a small, specialist team, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and delivering HR data insights, working closely with HR and wider business functions.
- You’ll take ownership of analysing, modelling, and presenting HR data in engaging formats – from written reports to dynamic dashboards.
- Your work will ensure data quality, drive process improvements, and influence key decisions at the Council.
- You’ll be joining a small specialist team with responsibility for both HR Data Insights and Systems Management.
- Your expertise will also contribute to shaping significant change in the HR Data landscape.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven HR Data Consultant experience in data management, reporting, and delivering insights that add value and impact.
- A good understanding of HR processes and procedures.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and continuous improvement.
- The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders and flex your communication style.
- Strong planning, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly and organise workloads in a structured and logical way.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Experience delivering quick‑turnaround data requests, including for statutory bodies such as the Office of National Statistics.
Additional Details
- This role is fixed term for 12 months maternity cover.
- Full time, 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- The position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with time split between working from home two days per week and the Tooley Street office three days per week.
