Southwark Council is seeking an Applications Analyst – D365 & Power Platform to support and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform estate. You’ll work with a team of specialists to maintain services, develop key business applications and deliver project activity across the council’s technology landscape.
You will contribute to upgrades, data reporting, and AI-enabled capabilities, including Copilot agents, while following best practices, documenting processes.
