About the Role: As a Weekend Deputy Team Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading our hospital discharge service during the weekend period, working Tuesday to Saturday (36 hours) . You’ll: Provide day-to-day operational leadership across the team, including oversight of triage, case allocation, and assessment approvals. Offer expert advice on complex discharges, safeguarding concerns, and mental capacity assessments. Act as the lead manager for weekend discharges from Kings and St Thomas Hospitals. Manage step-down placements into extra care schemes, ensuring efficient referral and placement processes.
