Southwark Council is seeking a Head of Governor Services to lead governance, risk and compliance across our schools, delivering strategic, customer-focused support to governing bodies.

You will build and develop a team of Governor Development Advisors and a Governor Services Coordinator, oversee Ofsted readiness, and drive service innovation while maintaining statutory duties.

This maternity cover role is fixed-term for 9 months and requires DBS Enhanced clearance; hours are 36 per week.
