Our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Business Support Manager to join our amazing team and help make a difference today.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Business Support Manager for MASH, you will lead and manage a team of Management Information Officers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality business and information support services. You will oversee service performance, staff development, resource management, and operational processes that enable timely and effective decision-making by Social Work teams. Working closely with managers across the service, you will help drive continuous improvement and ensure business support arrangements add real value to service delivery.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and organised leader with a strong commitment to delivering excellent support services and achieving positive outcomes.
You will have:
Experience of managing and supervising teams within a busy service environment.
The ability to allocate workloads, set performance standards, and monitor outcomes effectively.
Experience managing sickness absence, performance issues, and staff development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience supporting recruitment, induction, training, and employee development activities.
The ability to analyse service demands and deploy resources effectively to meet business needs.
