About the Role:
As a parenting practitioner you will be responsible for developing and delivering evidence-based parenting programmes, supporting parents to develop new strategies and accessing a community of help and support when they need it most. You will also play a key role in the development of strategies and operational developments which underpin our parenting offer.
About You:
We are looking for motivated, solution-focused and passionate individuals who are able to work as part of an established team. Experienced in supporting marginalized and often reportedly ‘hard-to-reach’ communities as well as offering support and guidance to our Parent Facilitators. You should be able to engage with a wide range of individuals and have the creativity to contribute to developing services.
About the Team:
Our team is committed to supporting parents across the borough and ensuring our programmes are accessible to all. We are dedicated to ensuring best practice and quality is maintained throughout our support offer. The team is based within a new service which aims to provide universal and targeted support to parents, carers and families through a community-based, solution-focused approach.
