An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, South Wales and work across a Wales wide footprint to support the rollout of the Drive Project. The Drive project aims to change the behaviour of high-harm high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse, combining intensive case management and multi-agency coordinated action.

The All-Wales Drive Lead will oversee the implementation of new pilot sites for Drive in Wales, utilising and sharing learning from the original pilot site in South Wales. They will work closely with representatives from offices of Police and Crime Commissioners, police forces, delivery partners and victims’ services across Wales to establish networks to support and coordinate the rollout.

The postholder will ensure the long-term sustainability of perpetrator provision in Wales by shaping a sustainable, cost-effective commissioning model that embeds the programme within wider VAWDASV provision and complements other DA perpetrator programmes, supporting the commitments within the South Wales Police, Crime and Justice Plan.
