An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, South Wales. The Organisational Design Administration Support Officer will work with the Performance Assurance and Oversight directorate to support delivery of the Organisational Development Plan. The post will also be responsible for tracking and coordinating activity relating to maintaining the office's legal compliance.
The role will require someone that is organised, able to work independently with a keen eye for detail. The individual must be confident in influencing senior leaders and briefing up to Directors and Heads of service.
