We’re excited to be recruiting for a Zonal Manager with great leadership skills to support our Wandsworth site. As a real team player you\’ll provide support the Management Team in the day to day operational running of one of the areas within our large Wandsworth site, whilst also supporting and empowering the team to succeed, creating an environment where fun can thrive.
Situated on Wandsworth High Street, Gravity Max is the UK’s biggest name in active entertainment. With attractions such as e-karting, golf, virtual reality, and darts. We\’re also home to a sports bar, a great place to catch up with friends. There truly is something for everyone!

We\’re therefore looking for an experienced leader who can support the team not only in the operational running of the site, but developing a culture of accountability and fun.
A leadership background in the leisure or entertainment space would be an advantage, but customer facing leadership experience is essential. You will be able to demonstrate your success commercially and financially, as well as demonstrate great communication.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
- Responsible for the ensuring delivery of high-quality customer service and experience consistently.
- Motivate a team to drive daily sales, and increase productivity.
- Work with the management team to ensure effective resource management within your zone throughout peak and off-peak times.
- Open and close the business if scheduled, perform cash handling duties and support with daily set up.
- Deal effectively with customer concerns, queries and complaints if required, following Company guidelines.
Your experience
- Experience in customer facing roles at a Team Leader or Supervisor level.
- Experience in a leisure or entertainment role is desirable.
- Awareness of Company commercials and financials.
- A strong leader who can communicate effectively and motivate a team.
- Proactive organisational and time management skills.
- Our sites trade 7 days per week, so some evening and weekend work is required as part of the role.
