Full Time / Permanent

Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

EVH Grade: 6 (Points 17-20) £36,517 to £39,921

40 days leave (inclusive of statutory leave)

Our Housing & Communities department is made up of distinct teams. This includes an Allocations Team and two Neighbourhood teams covering our areas of operation. This role will be based within the Neighbourhood Teams and will have a key role to play in assisting with the management of rent arrears in line with our Rent Management Policy, carrying out estate management and assisting with tenancy management.
