Hours: 30 hours, Tuesday‑Friday 09:00‑17:00
Job Purpose: To provide over the telephone advice, information and support to professionals and clients and to maintain the smooth running of Southside reception and office. Provide telephone advice and support to service users and professionals who support children and families. Support the Family Support, Domestic Abuse services, Community Hub team, Parent Advocates, Counselling Service and Therapeutic Play Service with essential administrative support. Support Southside’s systems for referrals, case‑management, monitoring and evaluation. Ensure the charity runs smoothly, efficiently and effectively.
Candidate Profile: Great attention to detail, digital, administrative and organisational skills, empathy, and enjoyment of working as part of a supportive team. Support and training will be provided to develop the skills and knowledge required to answer questions from service users and professionals.
