The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high quality meals in a fast paced kitchen environment. as a senior cdp, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that all the dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
Duties will include
- Prepare and cook according to the menu provided by your head chef.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredient\’s including chopping, marinating and seasoning.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace including equipment.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations hygiene stands at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of stock and report shortages.
- Participate in the training of new kitchen staff where needed.
