We are a busy, well-established garage based in the heart of Southsea and we are looking for a skilled MOT Tester / Mechanical Technician to join our friendly and reliable team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy variety, and want to be part of a garage that looks after its staff, we would love to hear from you.
The Role:
- Carrying out MOT tests to DVSA standards
- Servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a range of vehicles
- Diagnosing faults efficiently and accurately
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and organised workshop
Requirements:
- Valid MOT Tester licence required if applying for MOT role.
- Proven experience as a mechanical technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
