Southport Education Group is seeking an Inclusive Development Coach to join its Learning Support and Inclusion team in a Further Education College setting. The role focuses on helping students aged 16-25 access college life, deliver targeted interventions, and remove barriers to learning to improve attendance, engagement and progression.
You will work collaboratively with curriculum teams to foster inclusive practices, build resilience and emotional regulation, and support staff in responding to student needs.
