We are seeking a dynamic and passionate professional to join our team as a Food and Beverage Lecturer and Restaurant Coordinator. This exciting dual role combines teaching and hands-on restaurant management, providing an exceptional opportunity to inspire and develop the next generation of food and beverage professionals.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching of food and beverage service skills to 16-18-year-old students at Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. You will also manage the planning and delivery of practical sessions in our student-run restaurant, coordinating lunch services and occasional evening events.

This position requires excellent organisational, leadership, and teaching skills to ensure students gain valuable real-world experience while maintaining high standards of service in a professional restaurant setting.
