We are seeking a well‑qualified, enthusiastic, and forward‑thinking Lecturer to deliver clinical skills aligned to the Adult Nursing pathway within our T Level Health and NCFE Health & Social Care provision. The role supports learners to develop knowledge, practical competencies, and professional attitudes required for progression into nursing and related health‑care professions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical skills teaching across the Adult Nursing pathway.
  • Develop and assess learning materials and practical assessments.
  • Mentor and support students to achieve academic success and professional development.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of the health & social care programmes.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent and recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience delivering Health & Social Care at Level 2 and Level 3.
  • Strong occupational experience in adult nursing or clinical settings is also welcomed.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teaching and learning.
