We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, well-qualified and forward-thinking English Lecturer who is passionate about inspiring learners and raising achievement. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is committed to delivering engaging, inclusive and effective teaching that makes a real difference to students' lives.
You will ideally hold an advanced qualification in English (or an equivalent qualification supported by at least two years' experience teaching English Language GCSE), alongside a recognised teaching qualification. Above all, you will bring a strong commitment to your subject, your learners, and the teaching profession.
The successful candidate will be dynamic and innovative, with a fresh and creative approach to teaching and learning. You will play a key role in enhancing the student experience, motivating learners to achieve their full potential, and contributing positively to a collaborative and supportive team.
