Salary: Rate of pay: £21.21 to £25.15 per hour. (For information purposes the full‑time equivalent salary ranges from £25,806.00 to £30,603.00 per annum).

Job Overview
We are seeking to appoint a well‑qualified, highly motivated, and innovative lecturer committed to enhancing our students’ achievement and experience in our Hairdressing department at Southport College. The successful candidate will play a full role in sustaining and building on the high achievement of our provision at the Southport College site. This is an opportunity for you to make your mark and ensure excellent teaching and learning, helping us realise our potential to be the outstanding College of the future.
Requirements
- Advanced qualification in Hairdressing and teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching students at Levels 1 to 3.
- Commitment to students, subject, and teaching profession.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Successful pre‑employment checks, including DBS, may be required.
