About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Curriculum Leader to lead our thriving Health & Social Care and Access to HE provision. You will be responsible for the strategic development, delivery, and quality of our courses, ensuring they meet the needs of students and employers.
Responsibilities
- Strategic development, delivery, and quality assurance of Health & Social Care and Access to HE courses for full‑time 16‑18 year‑old students at Levels 2 and 3 and T‑Level learners.
- Leadership of the T‑Level groups in close collaboration with NHS partners.
- Ensure courses meet the needs of students and employers.
Qualifications
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, with strong team‑leading qualities.
- Health & Social Care teaching and clinical experience.
- Experience delivering T‑Level courses and working with NHS partners.
