Southport and Formby Health (GP Federation) is seeking a proactive Team Leader for the 7-Day GP Service. The role supports the 7-Day GP Service Manager in delivering safe and responsive services across our GP practices in Southport and Formby.
Hours are 30 per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends to meet service needs. Experience with EMIS and strong communication are essential to ensure continuous high-quality patient care.
