Join our work to support our communities to thrive. We are looking for an experienced and values‑driven Regeneration and Capital Project Manager to work closely with our housing association development partner and other agencies on the delivery of Glencoyne Square, a major Community Housing and Community Hub development due to commence on site in Autumn 2026. You will lead on managing the detailed design of community spaces and facilities, while keeping oversight of the wider affordable housing development to ensure it delivers the right outcomes for the Trust and community.
Alongside this, you will work closely with Trust colleagues and customers to plan and manage a range of capital improvement projects across our sites, from inception to completion, ensuring our buildings and facilities remain welcoming, up‑to‑date and fit for purpose. You will bring strong project management skills, a collaborative approach and a belief in the power of partnership working, and high‑quality spaces to create lasting positive change for our community.
About you
- Significant experience managing complex projects from inception to completion, working with multiple stakeholders and partners.
- Proven ability to work effectively with external partners, such as housing associations, contractors, consultants and agencies, to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, reporting, risk management, budget control, and monitoring delivery against objectives.
- Experience of design development and construction or refurbishment works, ensuring spaces are practical, inclusive and fit for purpose.
- Confidence in coordinating and contributing to contractor procurement, tender processes and the management of professional teams (e.g. architects, surveyors, QS, CDM advisors).
- A collaborative and consultative approach, with the ability to work closely with colleagues, customers, community members and Trustees.
- A clear understanding of health and safety responsibilities and statutory requirements relating to buildings and capital projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex projects clearly to a range of audiences.
- A practical, solutions‑focused mindset, able to anticipate challenges and respond calmly and resourcefully.
- Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities within a small, community‑focused organisation.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful and highly motivated team, and play an important part in the delivery of a new Community Housing and Community Hub development. You will have a key role in delivering our Glencoyne Square scheme, the largest new community‑led housing and community hub scheme in the South West, and a significant addition to social housing and community facilities in Southmead, Bristol. In addition to your involvement in this beacon project, you will also play a major part in overseeing the regeneration and improvement of our existing estate across our sites, so we remain fit for our purpose of serving the Southmead community long into the future.
You will work predominantly from offices at our main site – Greenway Centre, to oversee projects located on site or close‑by, and regularly working closely and liaising face‑to‑face with a wide range of staff and their representatives from the Trust, housing associations, other agencies, and alongside residents. There will be scope for occasional home working some flexibility with hours.

- Salary: £44,516 – £50,132 depending on experience
- Hours: Part time – 3 days per week (22.5 hours)
- Reports to: CEO
- Holiday: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro‑rata), increasing by one day per year of service up to a maximum of 4 additional days.
- Sick Pay: 4 weeks over rolling year, pro‑rata
