We are searching for a passionate Agency Development Manager in [______]. The Agency Development Manager is an independent insurance agent who leads and mentors other independent agents in delivering voluntary benefits that help employees navigate life's financial uncertainties with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring other sales agents
- Identifying, interviewing, and recruiting new sales agents
- Providing hands‑on field training and collaborative work experiences
- Facilitating sales meetings and training sessions
- Driving B2B employee benefits sales and managing client accounts
- Establishing strong connections with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makers
- Creating a dynamic, competitive, and team‑oriented environment
- Cultivating and sustaining relationships with brokers
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead sales teams
