What we're looking for:
- A good general education, including GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
- Experience in working with children with significant and complex needs
- Ability to assist with pupils' personal care, administer medication or provide health care in line with school policy and Individual Health Care Plans
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
