Southgate Primary School is seeking to appoint an ambitious and motivated KS2 Phase Leader on a permanent basis to play a key role in shaping exceptional teaching, learning, and provision across the phase.
Your Opportunity
As a KS2 Phase Leader you will guide and inspire your phase team, driving high-quality classroom practice, embedding a rich and stimulating curriculum, and ensuring rigorous assessment and tracking systems are consistently applied to secure strong progress for all children. You will contribute strategically to whole‑school development, promoting cross‑phase collaboration and modelling outstanding teaching that sets the standard for colleagues. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner with high expectations, a reflective approach, and a passion for leading meaningful improvement to make a lasting impact within a supportive and forward‑thinking school community.
