Southfields Physiotherapy is a private, inter-disciplinary clinic in the heart of Southfields. We have excellent facilities, including a gym and Pilates/Fitness studio. We treat a wide range of MSK conditions with an emphasis on biomechanical dysfunctions, sports and spinal injuries. Our close team of dedicated professionals are passionate about the importance of movement and good quality rehabilitation in successful treatment outcomes. Our physio and movement specialist team have qualifications in Biokinetics, Applied Functional Sciences, Strength & Conditioning and Functional Movement Screening. We have a strong ethos of patient care and run regular in-service training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own clinical case load.
- Oversee the in-house CPD programme, clinical development, support and mentoring of the physiotherapy team.
- Passionate about teaching and training.
- Apply detailed knowledge of Clinical Governance, current legislation and professional ethics.
- Use physiotherapy outcome measures to guide practice.
- Provide a balance of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation expertise.
- Treat a wide range of neuro-musculoskeletal injuries/conditions.
- Maintain an integrated approach to patient care management.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Physiotherapy (or higher level qualifications) and/or further postgraduate specialisations/experience.
- Experience as a team lead, mentor or clinical supervisor.
- Good balance of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation expertise.
- Knowledge of clinical governance, legislation and professional ethics.
