We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Head of Year to lead our incoming Year 7 students from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in their transition to secondary school and nurture their growth during this crucial stage.

We are looking for an inspiring and compassionate leader with a genuine passion for supporting young people. As Head of Year, you will oversee the pastoral care, academic progress, and personal development of our students in this year group. You will collaborate with students, parents, tutors, teachers, and support staff to foster a positive learning environment, monitor attendance, behaviour, and academic performance, and implement support strategies.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher (any subject specialism is considered), possess excellent communication and organisational skills, a positive and approachable manner, and a commitment to fostering a strong sense of community. Experience supporting diverse student needs is essential.
