We are seeking a Forest School Leader to deliver a high-quality Forest School programme, where you will lead engaging sessions that promote our pupils’ teamwork, communication and confidence. The ideal candidate will be happy to work in all weather conditions and ideally holds a Forest School Level 3 qualification, and has a genuine passion for outdoor learning.

This opportunity allows you to run our Forest School from Day One of its opening. Currently in construction, we are proud to offer our own very onsite Forest School as we recognise the positive impact that learning outside can have on our pupils.

Southfield School is a SEN Primary setting, and due to the demand for SEN spaces for this age group, we are finding ourselves rapidly growing with an increasing waiting list. Southfield not just cares about the children, but about the staff too, making it a great place to work. We have a bright and spacious comfortable break out area for our teachers and support staff, dedicated large PPA room, and a fully equipped functioning kitchen too. By providing a positive work environment brings out the best in our teachers.
