You'll manage a varied and active recruitment portfolio, delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines while ensuring an exceptional stakeholder and candidate experience.
You'll
- Lead recruitment activity across a diverse range of roles, including specialist, hard-to-fill and business-critical vacancies.
- Proactively source and engage talent using direct sourcing, talent mapping, networking and targeted attraction strategies.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring needs.
- Create meaningful connections with candidates and nurture long-term talent communities.
- Successfully balance multiple recruitment campaigns, competing priorities and changing business demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver a high-quality, responsive recruitment service that supports business growth and operational success.
- Data, Insight & Continuous Improvement
You'll combine recruitment expertise with data-driven decision making to continuously improve outcomes and drive performance. You'll:
- Monitor pipeline health, recruitment activity, conversion rates and diversity metrics.
- Use insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Manage recruitment performance against agreed service levels and business expectations.

- Recruitment Campaigns & Employer Brand
Working alongside our managed service provider, you'll help design and deliver engaging attraction campaigns that strengthen our employer brand and reach diverse talent pools.

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with excellent delivery capability and is comfortable operating in a busy, fast-changing recruitment environment.
Essential Experience
- Experience working in a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, Recruitment Business Partner or 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
- Proven success in proactive sourcing, talent pooling and candidate engagement.
• Experience recruiting within one or more of the following sectors
- IT & Digital
- Engineering
- Water, Utilities or Infrastructure
- Professional Services
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment activity, reporting and compliance.
- A track record of successfully managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously in a high-volume recruitment environment.
