About the role
The purpose of the AMS Change Manager role is to ensure the change impacts are understood and that plans are put in place to enable fast adoption to maximise the benefits of the change programme, whilst ensuring the business is able to deliver a high quality customer experience.
What you will be responsible for:
- Conduct change impact assessments in collaboration with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Southern Water business owners.
- Develop thoughtful and integrated plans that address the impact assessments gaining stakeholder alignment.
- Assess training requirements (Training Needs Analysis) and identify the most appropriate channel for delivery across SW and Capita (onshore and offshore) in line with project needs.
- Lead the development of the training materials in liaison with SW Learning & Development, Capita and SW teams on training approach, content & ownership.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Demonstrable expertise and capability as a change management professional.
- Able to produce high quality and engaging comms, key messages and presentations.
- Experience of developing impact assessments, change plans, change readiness assessments, monitoring plans, training plans and other critical outputs.
- Experience of designing & developing training plans, rollouts and materials.
- Change management professional (e.g. CMI)/Project / Programme Management qualifications (PMP, APM etc) or equivalent work experience.
- Water industry experience highly desirable.
