About the role
As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a high-quality, blended learning experience that combines robust theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on training for our water process operators. You’ll bring significant knowledge of water treatment processes, or a strong background in water treatment operations, and a talent for translating complex processes into clear, accessible learning. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while contributing to the continuous improvement of our training offer. What you’ll be responsible for:
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to new and existing operators
- Develop and maintain training materials and assessments aligned with regulatory and operational standards
- Facilitate practical, on-the-job learning that reinforces theoretical concepts
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive, developmental feedback
- Collaborate with operational teams and subject matter experts to ensure training reflects current practices
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance training delivery and content

- Demonstrable experience in Water Resources and Production and/or a deep understanding of water treatment processes
