Location: Hybrid working model with two days per week at the head office in Durrington, Salisbury, and the remainder from home.

Compensation: Starting salary of up to $58,800, based on skills and experience.

What you'll do
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.
- Support teams in identifying and removing obstacles to enhance productivity.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve processes and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certification, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Experience in the water industry or related fields.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
