In this position, you will guide teams in agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and foster a collaborative environment. Key facts

Location: Hybrid working model with two days per week at the head office in Durrington, Salisbury, and the remainder from home.

Engagement: Permanent

Compensation: Starting salary of up to $58,800, based on skills and experience.

What you'll do

  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.
  • Support teams in identifying and removing obstacles to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certification, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the water industry or related fields.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
