Residential Conveyancing Property Fee Earner
We are looking for a Solicitor/Fcilex/Licensed Conveyancer or experienced property fee earner to join our team.
Commensurate with experience β No Agencies.

About the role
You would initially be based at our Burnley office with the facility to undertake some work from our Preston office and, in addition, we can offer some flexibility with hours and will consider some homeworking.
Duties include:
- Handling a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
- Conducting title investigations and resolving legal issues promptly.
- Liaising effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties to progress transactions.
- Ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met throughout the transaction process.
- Actively contributing to the growth and reputation of the conveyancing team.
You will have a minimum of 3 years-experience in residential property and will be part of a team but expected to be able to manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion.
