The total package advertised is inclusive of a £12.90 hourly rate plus approximately £7.00 per hour in tronc.

We are looking for an engaging and passionate hospitality professional to join our team as a Guest Service Representative. You will lead by example on the restaurant floor, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

More about the role

As a Guest Service Representative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, leading shifts and ensuring exceptional guest experiences are delivered consistently. Working alongside the team, you will coach and support colleagues, maintain high operational standards and respond confidently to the needs of the business as they arise.

Reporting to the Senior Leadership team, you will help create a positive, high-performing culture while ensuring service runs smoothly, standards are upheld and every guest leaves with a memorable impression of Fogo de Chão.

This is a 35-hour contract based on an annual average, meaning your weekly hours may vary throughout the year to meet the needs of the business.
