About The Role
The Resilience and Emergency Planning Administrator will be a key member of the team, responsible for creating, populating and managing our Incident Management Rotas, while providing comprehensive administrative support across the Resilience & Emergency Planning Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in supporting Southern Water's incident response.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- A variety of clerical duties, including the administration and management of the Incident Management Standby Rotas, document processing, record keeping, maintenance of information and databases (including SharePoint based applications and the Incident Management System), preparing mailings, documents and reports.

- Previous experience within an administrative/business support environment is desirable.

- Detail-focused, accurate, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Experience managing shared mailboxes, databases, or document management systems would be advantageous.
