Southern Water in Falmer or Durrington is recruiting a Virtual Inspector (Customer & Compliance) to support our Virtual Triage team. You will use video, imagery and AI to analyze customer issues and determine the fastest course of action.
This is a permanent, full‑time hybrid role (38 hours, Monday–Friday) handling customer calls, coordinating third‑party repairs and raising work orders in our contact centre systems.
