About the Role
As an Asset Reliability Team administrator, you will report to the Lead Performance Optimization Engineer and assist with scheduling and calendar management for the wider reliability team. Your responsibilities include booking site appointments with stakeholders, training sessions, and setting up and facilitating meetings.
Your day‑to‑day activities will include organizing, filing, maintaining documents, proofreading, creating and editing reports, memos, presentations, and sending out updates to stakeholders.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Inputting and maintaining data in spreadsheets, databases, or management software and producing reports to ensure a coherent information management system and maintain integrity and confidentiality of data.
- Booking the team’s travel, accommodation and purchasing of equipment and PPE.
- Supporting team audits on tracker, files and folders.
- Continuously improving activities by reviewing and updating internal administrative processes for the Asset Reliability team.
