About The Role
As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a high-quality, blended learning experience that combines robust theoretical knowledge with practical, hands‑on training for our water process operators. You’ll bring significant knowledge of water treatment processes, or a strong background in water treatment operations, and a talent for translating complex processes into clear, accessible learning. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while contributing to the continuous improvement of our training offer.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to new and existing operators
- Develop and maintain training materials and assessments aligned with regulatory and operational standards
- Facilitate practical, on‑the‑job learning that reinforces theoretical concepts
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive, developmental feedback
- Collaborate with operational teams and subject matter experts to ensure training reflects current practices
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance training delivery and content
What You’ll Bring To The Role:
- Demonstrable experience in Water Resources and Production and/or a deep understanding of water treatment processes
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for delivering training and engaging with stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive problem‑solver who can identify learning challenges and implement effective solutions
- Skilled at building strong relationships with learners, colleagues, and subject matter experts
- Able to adapt training styles to meet diverse learning needs
- Passionate about developing others and committed to continuous improvement
