About The Role
We’re looking for an Organisation Effectiveness Lead to play a key role in shaping the future of Southern Water’s operating model, organisational design, and job architecture. As part of our Organisation Effectiveness (OE) team, you will partner closely with senior leaders to translate strategy into structures, capabilities, and ways of working that support our long‑term transformation. Reporting to the Head of Organisation Effectiveness, this role is a primary delivery position within the OE team and works collaboratively with the SWP.
