HSS Performance and Insights Advisor

As we move through **AMP8**, we are delivering one of the most ambitious capital investment programmes in the industry, focused on improving environmental performance, service resilience and long‐term affordability for customers.**About the role**The HSS Performance and Insights Advisor role will manage and advise on the H&S digital systems and the implementation of any new H&S systems. The role sits within the HSS team (who own the digital products) and involves tasks around ownership and maintenance, including system improvements, user training and query resolution, digital dashboard and report creation and proactive resolution of issues. A key part of the role will be using the data from the systems to identify key risk areas and areas for improvement both within the systems and in the field e.g. Proactive resolution of safety observations in the field through working closely with the wider HSS team and operational teams.**What you will be responsible for*** Use the systems (mainly EcoOnline) to provide insights and performance data to drive business decisions* Advise the business on data driven insights and performance metrics* Manage the relationship between the external digital system companies e.g. EcoOnline* Maintenance of digital system user permissions and hierarchy association (or supporting any exceptions to automated processes).* Development, delivery and maintenance of end user training and training materials* H&S Support to Product owners, Solutions Architects, Business Analysts and Project Managers in understanding and implementing changes and new systems* Create communication based on a high level of product knowledge**What you’ll bring to the role*** You will have experience with digital systems and applications* You will have knowledge of user training in digital systems* You must have excellent attention to detail with a structured approach to problem-solving* A willingness to learn and engage with stakeholders across different teams* Be proactive in seeking guidance and working alongside the wider HSS Team* Have a growth mindset, eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.***Desirable**** NEBOSH Health and Safety Certificate* Experience working with EcoOnline and FYLD Southern Water is at the forefront of transforming Britain’s water industry, investing significantly to enhance resilience, sustainability, and service excellence.
