This role is critical in ensuring that at the heart of our Asset lifecycle, we have quality data, maturing processes and most importantly a drive to improve and deliver maximum value!

This position will be responsible for 3 key areas of work:

  • Asset data management and maturity improvement is key to delivering our objectives by linking with key asset management leads, digital and wider data providers to ensure we have the best asset data policy and process we can.

  • Managing our Asset Lifecycle process, ensuring that it’s embedded in the organisation, being used by practitioners effectively and most importantly, delivering the solutions and value we need to be successful. This will involve leading a team that not only manages the process, its awareness and training but also drives improvement cycles to allow teams to deliver even better.

About You

We are keen to hear from applicants with a proven track record in leading asset management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be comfortable with both working within the detail of data, as well as being able to comfortably relay information to senior stakeholders.

This role would lend itself well to someone who is experienced in working within regulated industries, such as Utilities or Manufacturing but we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds who feel their skills and experience would be a strong match.

Package

We can offer a hybrid approach to working between either our Head Office in Durrington (Worthing) or our office in Falmer, and home. We can accommodate part-time or full-time candidates for this position.

We are offering a competitive salary depending on skills and experience as well as other benefits including:

• Company and performance-related bonus

• Generous pension with up to 11% company contribution

• 25 days annual holiday

• Occupational health service

• Perkbox benefits offering discounts and savings on several products and experiences

Or are you concerned that ‘normal’ office hours aren’t possible given your personal circumstances? Whilst we can’t accommodate every flexible working request, we’ll try to find a practical solution. So why not engage with us and find out more about this role?
