We are recruiting multiple Engineering Maintenance Apprentices to join our Engineering Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship (Level 3), offering an exciting opportunity to start or develop a hands-on engineering career. This apprenticeship will train you to maintain and optimise the plant, equipment and systems that keep essential industries running – including energy, manufacturing, processing and utilities.
You’ll gain real experience diagnosing issues, carrying out preventative maintenance and responding to breakdowns, all while earning a salary and working alongside experienced engineers. This programme is designed for curious problem solvers who enjoy variety. You’ll develop core engineering skills and specialise in one of three pathways: electrical, mechanical, or control support.
Flexibility to travel across Hampshire, Sussex, Kent and the Isle of Wight.
