Job Title: Technical Coordinator
Location: Durrington
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 37 hours per week
Salary: Up To £39,800
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service while working on technical projects that help shape vital water infrastructure? We're looking for a Technical Coordinator to support developers, customers, SLPs and NAVs through a range of water network applications and projects. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical knowledge, stakeholder management and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
As a Technical Coordinator, you'll act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders, managing applications and providing technical support across a range of developer services activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers through application processes for water mains, diversions, Self-Lay and NAV schemes.
- Reviewing and vetting designs and quotations for developer services schemes.
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and online portals.
- Liaising with developers, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects progress smoothly.
- Reviewing capacity checks and ensuring schemes meet industry and company standards.
- Representing Southern Water at meetings with customers and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the successful delivery of projects in line with regulatory requirements and service level commitments.
